And as to image hosting sites, there are several others (depending on the nature of the content). The downside of the one I used was that after a few views the image gets re-sized down to a large thumbnail image. Other hosting sites don’t do this, but restrict the nature of the content.

But, like I said, if you already have web-space online, then you can reference images hosted there, and they’ll show up here full size.
