Radio 1 in the Netherlands just broadcasted an item (again) that was recorded last year, about a man who secretly licked the feet and toes of women dozing in the parks in Rotterdam. Girls and women were warned about the 'Toelicker' and some of them who were 'attacked' went to the police to report him. Eventually the 'Toelicker' was caught, but released shortly after, as Toelicking was not seen as a sexual offence.
The interview with police officers and girls was quite hilarious, as they symphasized with the toelicker, saying that it was nothing sexual for them either! "Sexual harrassment was for the thigh and above, where one normally wears cloths", they said.
The reporter had the time of his life, I believe, by interviewing the girls in the park and asking them extensively about their feet and feelings towards Toelicking (by a stranger). Some of them replied that they thought it was quite exciting! But when the reporter asked if they would volunteer to teh Toelicker, they laughed it off and replied with a firm "No way"! Hahaha!
I love my country!
