good phone domination?

would anyone happen to know of a good number to call for phone domination?
i've tried most of the numbers you get at the back of loaded etc but they are of varying quality.

ideally i'm looking for a 'well spoken' school teacher / strict aunt type.

also, not a number that requires credit cards. and based in the uk.

any help much appreciated!
