Hey Aeriton, Something my wife/ mistress used to do to me was have me next to the bed and rub either Absorbine Jr, or a light coating of BenGay over my entire dick and balls. Well being a guy from the uk england..not sure what "icy hot cream" plus "Absorbine" or "BenGay" is but hope im right in my thinking its some kind of heat kind of muscle cream/spray used for sprains strains ect..
The kind of rub or spray that gets very hot ect once applied to the skin and even more so to sensitive areas of the body..here in the uk its called reljex.. deep heat..and other various names..by each company that makes it..but love to have my cock and balls sprayed or coated in the stuff as im subject to a good ole facesitting session from Mistress..then when things get to hot a quick dip into iced water...or if Mistress is in real evil mood hot water is used to increase the burning pain ect..either way its awesome..not sure theres a safe limit to this,apart from what each individual can personally take stand or suffer...and enjoy
