Would anyone here trust an acquaintance they met over the internet as a keyholder? (for the uninitiated, a keyholder is one who keeps the key to a chastity device)

murdoch,

Not me! It takes a lot of trust to let someone lock you up, even in a plastic device like a cb3000 which we use on occasion. I trust my wife/ mistress or even some of her or our friends but some stranger? Don't think I could ever go that far.

I have to agree with mbw. It takes a lot of trust to do something like that. Think about what could go wrong.

I was browsing around and found a few sites that offer a payment based keyholder system. I can't imagine many guys going for that, true the advertisements feature hot Dommes but I doubt many subs would go for such a cheap gimmick. Imagine if they hold the key to ransom..

..and then on the other hand we have trusting long term relationships. Imagine a guy who has been in chastity for just over a year now and with no hope of release for at least a few more years. If they had a messy breakup can the Domme put her feelings aside and let him out gracefully? Can long term psychological scarring occur from such (I'm not sure whether to call it torment?) denial for that period of time and can the Domme be aptly suited to judging the mental state and ability of coping with such a situation?
