Face slapping

Please close soon my post, otherwise my face will turn very red!

It was a challenge, 2 slaps against 1 minute of tickling. Well, my face turned red with bubbles (kind of pimples). Do this happen to me only or to others too?
Whenever I get slapped strong and for many times my skin get bubbles that go aways only 2-3 days later. Should I retire?
