If you were castrated without proper medical treatment you'd die from bloodloss. Once the lack of testosterone sets in and you wonder what made you want to do such a thing, you'll want it re-attached. Though in most cases unless the castrator was a medically trained professional using a very sharp scalpel or similar instrument, you're gonna be screwed, non-literally.

Though for the right amount of money I think you'd find a few professionals who'd be willing to do the deed.

They would be in HUGE legal trouble if it was for real. It's like killing someone on camera to make it SEEM like it's a snuff film, but it's not. You see "everything" up until the point of castration, and then you don't actually see the guy's balless body.

I helped a Mistress out some time ago who had a similar situation....the guy wanted to end up in the hospital,AND, he did:)
