Since the advent of right wing lunacy, and their subsequent hypocritical fear of weapons of mass destruction, there'd been several developments in the underground sex world pertaining to sexual stimulus, and their use as weapons. One was titled the "Neuralizer". A high tech dildo like device that when placed in the vagina shoots soft electrical signals, customizable by the user, all through the feminine genitalia region to enhance remarkable orgasmic experiences. But unlike a simple dildo, it was designed to be placed in the mouth of a male victim, paralyzing and immobolizing him. And inducing deep and rather powerful electrical shock treatments to his brain. The funny thing about it though was that it was designed to be compact enough to be hidden from view until the timing was right. Its maker, a company called FDom, was able to capitalize on a widely accepted yet secretive and lucrative underground market. That actually got political recognition as being an extra-ordinary danger to society. In one analytical piece written by mystique magazine, the author claimed the device to be an overt health hazard. Claiming that the women who used it were so enthralled by its stimulations, they completely forgot about the men underneath them, and their health concerns. There was also a rather risky television piece about the device that interviewed a man who had a grotesque saliva problem.. the spit dripping uncontrollably down the corners of his mouth permanently. And a whole side of his face numb.. With a lazy eye turned awkwardly to the side, he claimed that he'd been tortured to near death by his x-wife.
