iyiyi is right, I am a computer tech and I see this all the time.... it uses several names, spydawn, spypest, and more. The thing is they are giving you false readings saying you are infected with spyware, but it is spyware itself because you can't easily remove it.

As iyiyi said. NEVER CLICK ON THIS AND NEVER BUY THE SOFTWARE!
